Abstract:
This research tackles the issue of Grade 11
students whose engage in online shopping, it
intends to examine online shopping
experiences of Grade 11 student base from
the 6 factor that they considered.
Personal,Social,Attitude and
Behavior,Financial,Service Transaction,and
Quality Factor.
As an Phenomenology research study a
qualitative research method was used with one
focus group and twelve (12) respondents who
differ in terms of age,gender,and respondent
experiences .
The result highlighted the three proposed core
issue online trust /mistrust,age,and online social
interaction.The appropriation process of
commercial websites is also considered.
The results of this study provide perception into
the physical and ideological of the students who
have experience online shopping.
The results also show the attitudes and social
interaction of every students who are engage on
this.
CHAPTER 1
Introduction:
This research takes place in Paso de Blas
National High School, where Grade 11 students
who were the internet users declares that ,they
use the internet to online shopping.This paper
tackles the issue of mearly engagement and
experiences.These researchers have focused on
individual attitudes and experiences. Where as in
this study it focuses on the experience of
consumer.One (1) focus groups,12 respondents
who differ in terms of age,gender and consumer
experience.Selter invites their consumer in order
to inspired them to buy their products,using
website like Facebook,Lazada,Shoppee and
Zalora.This provides self-determination to the
customers where they are able to have a new
experiences.Significance of this study is to know
the benefits of this in Grade 11 students and its
advantages and disadvantages in engaging in
online shopping. We conducted this research and
found out the answer in our research problem
with the contribution of the respondents who
experiencing online shopping.

He compare the online shopping and
the actual shopping ,according to him online
shopping is the best way to buy some
products that you want,unlike buying in
actual shopping.
CHAPTER 3
Methodology:
Groups have been conducted
with respondents from 16-17 years old ,12
respondents ,10 female and 2 male users,that
used different online websites: 9 ABM
students that use in and 3 STEM students.
The result in this report are based on data
from written interviews conducted in Paso de
Blas National High School,among 131 SHS
students ,12 students is the total respondents
,who engaged in online shopping.This
Research is a kind of Phenomenological
Research, interviews were using Purposive
Sampling Method.
The researchers selects students who
engaged in online shopping.In selecting the
respondents,researchers gathered all the
possible proofs if they are really engaging in
online shopping, base to their activeness in
social media and the proofs that they send,
this proven that they are really a online
buyers.
In each respondents,interviewers asked
how are these online shopping experiences of
students impact their early awareness in
business,how do students early engagement
in business contribute to their business life
success what online shopping were students
more often engage If some of the
respondents are not available,researchers
contact them using message in Facebook.
CHAPTER 4
Findings:
All participants who experiencing to online
shopping was participated and showed their
experiences in order to present this study
approval,every respondents demonstrate those
challenges they had encounter about engaging
online shopping .
In our research problem number one states
"What online shopping were students more often
engage?"
and majority of the answer in our respondents is
Lazada and Facebook .They say that this online
shopping websites are easy to use,have more
discounts offered,many people use this online
shopping websites and it has a good transaction
and services.
Next,in research problem number 2 it states"
How are these online shopping experiences
impact their early awareness in business?"
Base on the responses of the respondent ,
majority of them says that it is really helpful, and
less hassle.In additional some of them also say
that through their experiences they will know
how to manage their business someday.
Lastly in the research problem number 3 ,it states
" How do students early engagement in business
contribute to their business or life success?" base
on their responses,most of they says,in online
shopping they can save time,and money, so they
can use that time to do some school works and
they can use their extra money to save and use
for their studying.
CHAPTER 5
Discussion:
This research point out the engagement
and the experience of Grade 11 students in
online shopping. Engagement in online shopping
is not weary may be with someone.They chat
with friends and they share their
experience.Peers may enhance the experience
where as a family member does not ,the result of
our research indicate that as in traditional store
shopping . Different online patronage behaviors
are declared by the costumers .Shoppers may
patronize the websites in different ways some
online shoppers are having fun in browsing the
websites ,that they visit ,shoppers place the items
on online shopping cart with or without buying in
order to secure online price promotion and also
online shoppers is always seeking for a new items
to buy.
There is a differences between online buying and
actual buying according to Sartaj Singh
(2018)actual shopping needs to use a vehicle to
road in the market in building of the shop ,unlike
online shopping ,you just sit,hold your phone,and
click what ylu want to buy immediately.
And also according to him,online
shopping is the best way to buy some products
that you want ,unlike buying in actual shopping.
Students in Paso de Blas National High
School share their experiences in their
engagement in online shopping ,this research
show ,what are the experiences while the
transaction is on-going ,what are the attitudes of
the online seller while they are communicating
each other.
What are the websites they are typically using
and what are the benefits of this online shopping
to to them as a students.This also discuss how
the online shopping help the SHS students in
early awareness in engaging on the online
shopping. In online shopping,it is interesting to
notice that the respondents trust on the online
vendors or online seller.But trust is not easily to
get from the buyers ,they are show reluctance
and mistrust towards online shopping.
Limitation and Conclusion:
While studying the experiences of
online shoppers,this research have some
limitations,first,the research is based on
qualitative study:focus group were only
conducted representing 12
respondents,secondly,the focus geoup were only
conducted exclusively for ABM and STEM
students.
The main purpose of this research is to examine
the online shopping experience of young
shoppers.They experience online shopping
differently and initially do not browse the same
shopping application or website.As millenial
generation they prefer to shop on the trend,
fashion catalogue brands ,they familiar with most
of them buy clothes and accessories.
