How to get the best results out of a Premium Plus Product

1. Premium Plus sheets should preferably be stored horizontally and lifted clear of the floor using dry bearers
as supports. Polythene sheets should be laid on damp floors to prevent rising moisture.
2. Wherever individual bearers are used they should be of equal thickness and placed at not more than
800 mm centres for boards of 15 mm thickness and upwards, subject to a minimum of three bearers.
Closer spacing, for instance 50 times board thickness, is recommended for thinner boards.
3. The bearers supporting successive layers should be in vertical alignment.
4. Stacks of boards should have flush sides to minimise damage to protruding edges or overhanging corners.
Plus misaligned panels may lead to stress on the boards and in turn cause warping of boards.
5. The storage area should be well ventilated and the conditions should be dry. A relative humidity of < 60%.
6. Premium Plus panels should be protected against any exposure to both water and high humidly.
7. Premium Plus Panel should never be stored outside and indoor storage should be clean, dry and well
ventilated also isolated from operating machinery that creates dust, dirt or airborne particulates that could
soil or contaminate the Premium Plus panels.
8. Premium Plus product should not be mixed with other product while making your furniture or interior as
adding other product may not give correct result in terms of resistance against termite and borer.
9. Premium Plus sheet shall not be kept exposed to direct sunlight and rain water.

High Performance Premium Plus Product carries a 5 year warranty subject

to the following Standard Terms & Conditions
1. Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. provides 5 year warranty on Premium Plus products against the declared
features.
Warranty does not cover the natural wear/tear or abnormal use of the material, i.e. close proximity to water
or moisturised condition (humidity above 65%) or any other similar contingencies, lack of maintenance or
severely pest infected environment and inferior/bad workmanship. Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. Is not
responsible for any consequential damages to the Premium Plus products.
Laminated and painted Premium Plus panels shall not be considered in this warranty because the
behaviour and nature of other used material and application can never be ensured.
Minor attempt mark may be seen on the board by the termite as an attempts in terms of mud deposition
and minor channel mark on the surface. Hence, minor symptoms may not be considered in this warranty.
2. The purchaser/owner will have to produce the proof of purchase (cash memo, invoice etc.) issued by the
authorised stockist of Century Plyboards (India) Ltd.

3. On the receipt of a complaint, Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. shall depute their authorised representatives
for physical inspection of the allegedly damaged portion of the products at the place where it has been used.
4. Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. reserves the right to take samples from the damaged portion of the products
and thereafter send it for physical/chemical examination (as per final specifications for Premium Plus
products) to the Hoshiarpur plant.
5. The company’s liability in case of any manufacturing defect will be restricted only to the cost of replacement

2. GST, Entry Tax and Octroi will be charged extra as applicable

4. Additional charges like Unloading, Varai, Hamali charges etc. at unloading point shall be

8. The standard size is 8 ft X 4 ft (2440mm x 1220mm) in all thickness
9. Disputes, if any, arising out of any transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts only
