establishment of the company No. 18 dated 12 December 2013 made
before Ir. Nanette Cahyanie Handi Adi Warsito, S.H. which has been
ratification from the Minister of Justice and Human rights number
AHU-04852 . AH. 01.01. Year 2014 dated 5 February 2014 ( "PP
Properti ") which is the separation of property division of PT PP
(Persero) TBK which has existed since the year 1991.

PT PP Properti TBK has 3 (three) business units; Commercial,


Residential and Hospitality. PT PP Properti TBK is committed to
continue to develop its business by combining all the knowledge and
capabilities of its employees, in terms of design and quality of
development that is better and also committed to its customers and
suppliers.
