Brainstorming the Vietnamese Townships of the FUTURE

ISSUE: Looking for the identity, and uniqueness of Vietnam architecture

Currently, many Vietnamese township projects rely on design from the overseas.
(e.g., French, Arabian, Indochina style of Vinhomes Oceanpark etc.)
Through this workshop, we would like to find the appropriate “Vietnamese style”
that fits the Vietnamese market and lifestyle.

- Max. Site coverage: S1 = 90%, S2 = 75%, S3 = 75%
- No. of storey: 5
- Setback: 3 m from site boundary and 6 m between gable-end units
