Main Objective of the assessment

This assessment helps to critically evaluate the main tools of investment appraisal and to draw conclusion as to which technique is more effective.

Description of the Assessment

Using the academic literature critically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of NPV and IRR. You should conclude which is
the best technique explaining the reasons why.
