Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):

To begin with, I think being an observer is a good thing to give us opportunities to learn from others'
mistakes and try to improve ourselves while we teach. In addition, it's a good strategy to let us think
critically while we conduct a plan for our lesson and have a real example to observed. However, my
classmate Nawar was acceptable with my comments about her lesson and she's glad that she can learn
from comments to improve her skills and abilities in the teaching next time. Moreover, she kept ask me
about what she has to improve in the next lesson and tell her that she has to think about management
strategy for the students for better classroom management and ask her to read her lesson plan with an
open mind to discover the things that need to improve. I'm glad that I can observe my classmate and play
a role to help her and improve her abilities in teaching. I feel that I'm a good teacher who can change and
help someone to be better and achieve the lesson objectives efficiency.

Finally she will be a good teacher in the future I wish the best to her. Well done.
