Maitha understands rules and regulation of MOE and Kindergarten, Health and safety conditions. Always

Demonstrates consistent attendance and punctuality .Always participates in school activities outside the classroom and
builds positive relationships within the school.

Planning for Learning (15%) F D C B A

Maitha used the planning time to discuss theme and outcomes, students’ abilities as well, then suggested activities and
resources needed to implement successfully. . Lesson plans have sufficient detail to secure effective delivery and include
learning objectives and assessments. Produces lesson plans which engage students and encourage maximum student
participation. She search for creative ideas that attracts students.

Establishes and manages classroom routines and transitions smoothly.

Uses appropriate classroom management strategies which generally secure a safe and effective learning environment.

Implemented the lesson and related activities to the theme, very well integrated to Math and Science outcomes.

Did a closing assessment , encouraged students to share their learning and feel proud to speak in front of friends and
adults. Constructive feedback is generally provided to students in a timely and appropriate manner. She always support
differentiated students, needs. Generally implements valid and reliable summative assessment strategies, where
appropriate. Generally monitors in relation to learning and behaviour some improvement is needed

Maitha had a discussion about her self reflection and decided the students’ next steps for next time. She independently
focuses on students needs.

Action Plan:
To prepare a Theme related lesson that integrates Science and Math outcomes with literacy story, variety of activities that
engages all students in learning centres.
