the selected teaching competencies. NOTE: Refer to the course-specific, teaching competencies-based rubric
included in the TP Booklet.

Lesson is well planned, engaging, and student-centred. Student needs are her
priority and she takes into consideration their abilities when planning. Hessa
incorporates prior knowledge and the previous lessons assessment results to
plan learning.

She has established great classroom management strategies and consistently
monitors learning. She has adapted to online/ distance learning with great ease
and confidence. She has made use of stickers and badges to keep learners
stimulated, engaged, and inspired.

Lesson was presented with clear outcomes. Materials were on level, precise and
differentiated to support student engagement and learning. Ensured that all
learners had an opportunity to respond to question using a class list. She has
made use of digital platforms such as Nearpod for student engagement,
participation and collaboration.

Hessa presented learners with an exit ticket to assess learning. Incorporated
formative assessment strategies to measure student progress.
