Reflection Description:  In my reflection, my goal was to implement a variety of

collaborative strategies in groups. When I was teaching about how to let
students collaborate in a variety of strategies such as Padlet, Think-Pair-
Share, and Jigsaw the students were a response to me because I told and
show them each step what they should do. For example, I included in the
PowerPoint the steps of how they will join the Padlet and where they
should click to write and they were familiar to implement and
communicate with each other while I evaluate them. And for the next
lessons, the students know the routines of my teaching to let them
collaborate using different online strategies and I notice that the students
were comfortable, and they were a response to me.
Evaluation:
I was confused about how to let students collaborate. Moreover, I was
very excited to teach in e-learning and I was planning how I will create a
collaboration strategy, and how I will divide students into groups and
how I will assess the students, how I will engage them, and the apps that
I will use, but unfortunately I cloud not try it. During the first week, I
was observing My MST and get familiar with the school routine,
students, teaching strategies, and I look at my teacher she let them
collaborate all together using Nearpod and Kahoot and she doesn’t
differentiate the students by their level all students have same activities.
I started teaching by the end of the first week and the second week, I
implement collaboration strategy six lessons in math. Before I
implement my goals, there are some students doesn’t focus while I
showed them the steps of where they should click and join and what they
should do, so they keep asking me and I repeated for them in both
languages English and Arabic after that they stop asking me and they
were working.

Future action:
In the future, I will use more online collaborative strategies because I
felt it keep my lesson and the students very interactive. Also, it's a great
way to let students be more involved and collaborate at the same time
and more than what the teacher does.
Also, I will let students communicate with each other by share their
ideas to let other students understand the content.
