To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter in recommendation of Ms. Grace Yoder. Over the past several years has served in
the capacity of instructional aide for your kindergarten students. During this time, I have had the pleasure
of working with Ms. Yoder directly and indirecty in support of mutliple students and teachers. She has
worked with multiple teachers supporting them in their classrooms and teaching small groups of students
as they accessed kindergarten standards. She was an integral part of a kindergarten team who’s test scores
grew several points in three years. When working with Ms. Yoder, I have observed her be present,
innovative, creative, and hard-working. She is a true collaborative individual who will be an asset to any
organization she joins.

Perhaps Ms. Yoder’s most redeeming quality is her ability to build positive relationships with students.
She hasn’t been afraid to work with the more challenging students and uphold the schoolwide and
classroom expectations while getting them to produce academically. Ms. Yoder has the innate ability to
look past the frequency, intensity, or duration of a student’s behavior and focus their postive qualities.
From that unique perspective, she gauges what prescriptive intervention that child needs to be successful,
blends the work with an empathetic, caring heart, and students under her guidance quickly began to make
strides in a positve direction. Ms. Yoder truly has a heart for struggling learners, and it is evident that that
heart guides her practice.

It is with upmost confidence, and assuredness that I recommend Ms. Yoder for the position for which she
is applying. I believe that her unique skill set fits in any capacity for which she is called to serve. Ms.
Yoder is beloved on our campus by students and staff and alike. It with great certainy that I recommend
her for the position for which she is applying.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Pierro
