Questions:
1. What, according to you, are the skills that you bring to the table and how would they benefit the
committee? (max 150 words)

2. Footprints is IIM Indore’s annual on-campus alumni meet (Homecoming). This year, it will be
organized on 15th, 16th & 17th November. Prepare a plan to organize and execute Footprints
successfully. The plan should include the following:
a. Promotional activities to ensure high alumni turnout
b. Itinerary of events/activities to engage the Alumni throughout the 3-day event
(preferably in a structured, tabular format)
c. Risks that you need to prepare for
d. Budget and cost structure

3. As mentioned in the presentation, we are in the process of creating an Alumni Association for
IIM Indore. What, according to you, is an alumni association? How is it different from the Alumni
Committee? What are the challenges than can arise in the process of creating an Alumni
Association & how to overcome them? How would you approach an alum to be a part of the
governing body? (max 300 words)

4. With high batch size and multiple programs, the alumni committee struggles to keep the
database fully updated every year. Suggest ways to streamline the process and ensure
maintenance of a robust database. (max 200 words)

5. We have recently upgraded to LinkedIn Premium with the target to increase alumni reach and
engagement with the institute. How do you think we can leverage this resource best? (max 200
words)

6. As mentioned in the batch meet, we are in the process of upgrading our Alumni Portal i.e.
AlmaConnect. What do you think are the current shortcomings of AlmaConnect? How would
you approach the upgrade process? (max 200 words)
