I, Mr. Gideon Ballesteros, authorize Mr. Philip Chino A. Tantuan to claim the warranty
promo and the realme product promo of his ACER laptop with the serial number
NXHFGSP001944007B36600 which was purchased on January 5, 2020 in ACROSS,
SM Cebu City. The receipt of the laptop was under my name but it is owned by Mr.
Tantuan.
