Subject: Budget Proposal of AIU Cricket Club for the coming academic year.

Dear Sir/Madam,
You would be glad to know that AIU Cricket Club is practicing everyday to form a good
team from the very beginning of its establishment. We were asked to inform you the costs
of the things related to Cricket for the coming academic year so that it would be easier for
the university to bear the costs.

The most essential things for cricket are bats, balls, wickets, and hand gloves. We have
already brought two bats and one pairs of gloves from our country. For next year we need
some more equipment which will cost in total RM 2500 (Appendix 1). We also have a plan
to organize a Cricket League once a year on campus which will cost RM 2000 in total
(Appendix 2). For visiting other universities or joining any off campus tournament twice a
year will cost RM 2000 in total (Appendix 3). For the improvement of our team we really
need a Cricket pitch (crease) in the middle of the AIU playground which costs RM 2000
(Appendix 4). Therefore we are humbly requesting you our budget of Gross Total RM 8500
for the coming academic year.

We therefore hope that your honor would be kind to grant our application and oblige us
thereby.
