Penalty/Reward system

Scores or points will vary accordingly based on the specified weight in each
performance criterion within the duration of the scenario.
The trainee is rated “FAILED” when any of the following is committed:
1. grounding
2. collision
3. unsafe action by the candidate during the assessment ( departure from
