The Homeroom PTA meeting started at around 2:30 in the afternoon.

Thirteen parents assembled, lead

by Ms. Syra Deuna, Grade 12 Integrity adviser, assisted by Mr. Michael Deniega, Science subject teacher.
The said meeting was called to order to discuss important agenda regarding the students' future
activities, talk about the current performance of the students in their respective classes and other
matters.

The discussant first presented the topic about the Senior High School Summit that would be attended by
Grade 12 GAS students. He explained that in this activity, students will be using their skills in
craftsmanship to produce useful products like handmade keychains and portraits. The discussant pointed
out that in the said activity, parents are encouraged to support their children in terms of financial and
moral assistance in making the participation in the Summit a success. Several suggestion were also raised
to improve the products while lessening the the burden and expenses.

The second agendum about the planned Junior and Senior Promenade was introduced next. A poll was
opened to know the number of parents who are in favor of the planned activity. Twelve (12) parents out
of thirteen (13) have voted in favor of it while one (1) parent has opposed. The parent in opposition
explained how the planned activity would increase their expenses especially now that the graduation is
near. However, given that the majority favored the conduct of the planned JS Prom, the possibilty of its
success increased.

It was then followed by the discussion of the suggested Graduation Toga Color and the Graduation
Invitation/souvenir with pictures. Another poll was opened for the said topic and the parents easily
voted infavor of the plans. They agreed that the blue-colored toga is better and much more appropriate
than the usual white toga.
