II. Content Focus: We have plants in the environment

III. Procedure
a. Review: Review the last topic.

b. Motivation: The pupils will sing Bahay Kubo.

c. Presentation: Teacher shows pictures of common plants.

d. Discussion:  What can you see in the picture?


 Name the plants that you see in the picture.
 Where do you usually see these kinds of plants?

Group Activity:
Panuto: Hanapin at idikit ang mga halaman na nabubuhay sa lupa sa
tarpapel na nasa pisara.

e. Generalization: Ano ang mangyayari kung hindi natin itatanim sa lupa ang halaman?

f. Application: Kulayan ang mga halaman sa inyong activity sheet.

IV. Evaluation: Panuto: Bilugan ang mga halaman na nakikita sa ating komunidad.

V. Assignment: Iguhit ang inyong bakuran sa isang malinis na papel at kulayan ito.

I. Objective: Add quantities up to 10 using concrete objects. (MKAT-00-8)

III. Procedure
a. Review: Review the last topic.

b. Motivation: The pupils will sing “1,2,3,4,5 once I caught a fish alive”

c. Presentation: The teacher shows a spinning wheel up to quantities of 10

d. Discussion:  Let the pupils spin the wheel and count the objects in it.
 Spin it again and add the amount to the first number.

Group Activity:
Match the objects to its corresponding number.

e. Generalization: What will happen if we add the numbers?

f. Application: Sing the song, “one potato” then the pupils will pick the correct number of
potatoes as the song.

IV. Evaluation: Add the number of objects in the 1st column to the 2nd column then circle the
correct answer in the box aligned to it.

V. Assignment: Add the number of objects in the 1st column to the 2nd column then circle the
correct answer in the box aligned to it.

Wrap-up (Show pictures of different plants)

Clap 3x if the plant is in the community and form an X using your hand if not.
