The content of this PIP is to remain confidential. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the content, you will be expected to do a follow up directly with your manager.

 The Manager should discuss the performance improvement plan with the employee and make any necessary modifications. The manager and employee should sign and date the plan.
 This plan should be completed within the set time frame form start of the PIP
