The Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) seeks to provide a systematic method to improve performance. The employee needs to document key deliverables to be achieved over the next
6 weeks in joint consultation with his/her Manager/ HOD & HR Business Partner.

The content of this PIP is to remain confidential. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the content, you will be expected to do a follow up directly with your manager.
The Manager should discuss the performance improvement plan with the employee and make any necessary modifications. The manager and employee should sign and date the plan.
This plan should be completed within the set time frame form start of the PIP
