One of the most important factors when we plan for a cafe business opportunity is we don’t have
any experience about spice manufacturing company

We face challenge statement regarding wrong ingredients

 4. Design Approach-How do you propose to work in the solution in the identified
problem or planning for the Business idea?

 Problem with business concept:

• Having a good idea is not enough to make it success. You need to plan & create a
business concept. So we try to make a plan on PPT so it’s easy to understand.

 We don’t have all required permits.

• Once we have got a detailed business plan we contact our local authority to
know the legal requirements in order to successfully open our own spice
manufacturing business.

a. Demographic search-Foot traffic is important when you are picking a location for
spice manufacturing company
 b. Less competitors-There is only 1 spice manufacturing company & less competition
c. Neighboring businesses-We decide to search location in &MIDC area

III. Activity Two- To Promotion of our business.

a. An effective way to appeal to potential customers is by handling our flyers or leaflets
in the street.
b. Whether its discount or deal and voucher works well grab customers.
c. We make hoardings & Banners
