Task 1: Team formation

Step 1: The Pitch


Those of you who have ideas, an opportunity that you think is worth pursuing, PUT YOUR HANDS UP! Provide a 2-min
pitch of your idea.

Step 2: Nomination
Once al the idea pitches are done, the other members of the class can nominate themselves to team up the idea that
resonates most with them.

Step 3: Formation
The Pitchers then get to choose the members that they would like to team up with based on their entrepreneurial
tendencies and complementary skil -sets. Remember the ideal size of a team is 3 members.

Step 4: Activation
The team sets roles – CEO, COO, CTO etc. Get creative with your titles!

Step 1: The Pitch

The idea/s we decide as a group is retailing and also reselling our product in which is Rice Product. We
the BAB-ENTERPRISE believed that this kind of business is good and interesting, since it was a essential
product.
Step 2: Nomination

At first we decided to have this kind of business from the start. So we did not have any
nomination but of course we have another plan like plan b if the our venture didn’t become
sucessful or if it was hard to manage.
Step 3: Formation

Since we only consist of 3 people. We believed that we have the qualifications to start this
business. We three has enough knowledge and skills managing a business.

Step 4: Activation

Our main roles are the following the owner ( barbante ) and 2 workers ( ...... ).
