6. Prepare an overall project schedule in Primavera project management software

P6, incorporating all phases and scope of works including engineering,
procurement, fabrication, construction, mechanical completion, T&I, hookup,
commissioning and startup (EPCI) as defined in the contract.
7. Coordinate internally with project disciplines and various Contractors to monitor
their schedule & progress and obtain regular updates.
8. To monitor the adequacy of resources allocation provided by Contractors, to
maintain and achieve planned rate of progress and scheduled milestones.
9. Suggest corrective actions.
10. Periodically, but not later than monthly, update project schedule and generate
critical path activities and look ahead plan.
11. Prepare Planning, Scheduling and Progress Measurement Procedure
12. Prepare Project Instruction to Sub-contractors / Vendors Procedure
13. Bid/Tendering Schedule for Refurbishment & Conversion, CPM (Critical
Analysis), Gantt/Bar Charts, S-Curves, Manpower Histograms,
