CHAPTER II
A. GOALS
The goal of the contingency plan is to provide effective, efficient, timely and
well-coordinated response mechanisms in the event of the occurrence of armed conflict in
San Diego ES. Such mechanisms shall help to protect lives, properties and the
environment, and restore the immediate needs of the people.
B. GENERAL OBJECTIVES
I. OBJECTIVES
“This 2019 Contingency Plan covers 76 school learners and 6 personnel. It focuses on
human induced related hazards(armed conflict).” It aims the following:
