Learning : At the end of the lesson, pupils able to :
Objective Main : Listen to the song and name at least 3 flags of the countries correctly.
Complementary : Listen and sing at least 1 stanza with correct pronunciation.
Activities: Pre : 1. Pupils listen to teacher’s instruction and choose the correct Yes(Blue) No(Red) answer
Lesson correctly.
(+10 minutes) Example :
1. Is Brazil famous for football?
2. Is Korea famous for Sushi?
3. Do you live in Malaysia?
2. Teacher paste the name of the countries around the classroom.
3. Teacher shows flags of countries on Powerpoint. Teacher introduces the names of the flags
and pupils point to the words of the country.
Lesson : 1. Teacher plays the song entitled “Friends From Around The World”.
Development 2. Pupils listen to the song carefully.
(+40 minutes) 3. Pupils are given a worksheet listed with few counties.
4. Pupils listen to the song again and circle the countries they hear in list given from the song.
(Support Target will get 7 countries. Top Target will get 12 countries.)
5. Teacher plays the song for the third time and match the names of the country to the flag
and then from the flag to the name of the person from the country.
6. Pupils sing along with the song.
Post Lesson : 1.Pupils give feedback while teacher ask questions using traffic light card to check the answer
