This task contains the allowable damage limits for dents - generic.
For the definition of allowable damage, refer to Chapter 51-11-11.

This task is applicable to the whole fuselage.

(1) Do external detailed visual inspection to make sure that there is no crack, no sharp edge, no damage on fastener head a
nd no existing other type of damage or repair in the dented area, refer to NTM Chapter 51-90-00.
(b) If cracks, sharp edges, damage on fastener head or other types of damage or repair is found, do a skin repair as gi
ven in the SRM or contact AIRBUS before next flight.
(3) If a dent located around static ports, pitot probe, total air temperature probes and angle of attack sensors is found, check
dent dimensions are within aerodynamic requirements, refer to Chapter 53-00-11.
(a) If dent dimensions are within aerodynamic requirements, proceed to step 2.A.(4).
(b) If dent dimensions are not within the aerodynamic requirements, do a skin repair as given in the SRM or contact AI
RBUS before next flight.
(4) Go into flowchart and follow instructions, refer to Figure 002 (Sheet 1).
