INSTRUCTIONS

Battery Installation:
• Open the battery cover.
• Then place 2 x AA batteries according to its polarity (+/-) inside the battery compartment.

SETTING THE REMOTE CONTROL:

Method A:
To search for applicable models by entering manual codes:
1. Switch ON the TV and find a code that represents the brand of the TV from the code list.
2. Press & hold the SET key until the indicator light illuminates.
3. Enter a 3-digit code in the first group corresponding to the model. The indicator light flashes once when a
digit is inputted.
4. When the LED indicator automatically turns off, it only means that the setting is done.
5. Then try if the remote control works properly. If not, repeat the setting procedures from step 2 then enter
the next code. If still not working, repeat the step 2 and try the next set of codes.

Note:
• Due to many corresponding codes to your TV model, we recommend to set your TV code by code and
finally select one code that is most suitable for your TV set.
• Also works for CD-R King TV but for the following TV series only.

 Method B:
1. Turn ON the TV set in normal setting state, aim the remote control to the TV set.
2. Keep pressing the SETUP button of the remote control. After 6 seconds, the indicator light will keep
flashing, and then release the key once the volume symbol is displayed on the TV screen.
3. Check if the keys of the remote control work properly and effectively.

Note:
• After pressing the “Volume Increase” button, the code number of the remote controller will add (1)
volume level.

CAUTION

ON BATTERY USE:
• When the batteries are being replaced, its original setting will remain if there is no button on the remote
control is being pressed. Otherwise the original setting will be lost and you have to reset your device
again.
• As of low power consumption of our remote control, the batteries have 15 months service life under
normal conditions. However its service life may be shortening if used or operated improperly.
• Do not use old and new batteries or batteries with different models at the same time.
• When the battery leaks, take the batteries out from the remote control, then wipe it, clean and replace it
with new one.
• Please remove the batteries if this remote control is intended to be not in use for a long time.

1. My remote control is not working or works only when I am close to the television, what should I do?
– Make sure that you are using a new pair of batteries and that they are inserted correctly.
– Make sure that you are trying to operate the remote on its appropriate range. Your remote controller
will operate 8meters away from the television and 30 degrees from center in either direction.

2. What should we do if the controlling distance becomes shorter than before?

– The distance becomes shorter because the battery voltage is less than what it's usually
recommended; put a new pair of batteries.
– Other internal components may cause the phenomenon of aging, if you put in a new battery and still
not working properly, please bring the remote control to the branch for repair or for replacement.

3. How does a Universal Remote Control works?

– A Universal Remote Control uses infrared radio signals to communicate with your television. This
signal is through the red LED bulb on your remote which gives off infrared pulses. Pressing buttons on
your remote sends these signals to your television which enables you to input several numerical codes
to program and operate multiple electronic devices from different manufacturers simultaneously.
