MARINA SID/SRB ONLINE APPOINTMENT 

SYSTEM PROCESS FLOW STEP 1
NOTE : BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE ONLINE
APPOINTMENT, APPLICANT MUST HAVE A VALID SIRB.

Visit https://sidsrb.marina.gov.ph and click the


START button.

*system/browser requirement: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox 
STEP 2
Read the Terms and Conditions
and click the I Agree button.
STEP 3
Complete Option #1 (where do you want
to apply), Option #2 (date) and
Option #3 (time) before clicking the
Next: Application Details button.
STEP 4
Choose Option #1 (NEW),
Option #2 (document type) and
Option #3 OVERSEAS before clicking
Next: Your Info button.
STEP 5
Enter the required PERSONAL INFORMATION
(labels with red asterisk (*) are mandatory) and
click Next: Scanned Documents
button.
STEP 6
Click Add Document to upload CLEAR SCAN of
the first page of your Valid SIRB and click
Next: Review
button.
STEP 7
Before clicking the Submit button, ensure
that all entries are correct by reviewing it.
STEP 8
When prompted, log in to your personal email
and open the message sent by “sidsrbmds” and
CLICK CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT.
STEP 9
A final message will be sent to your email with the
printable pdf file. Print the pdf and proceed to your
chosen processing site with your chosen schedule. It
is important to BRING YOUR ORIGINAL VALID SIRB
and the required processing fee (P600.00).
