This letter is in response to your communication dated January 21, 2020 on the alleged

misconduct at the Office of the ETEEAP. The letter from “ a concerned TUP employee” addressed
to pcc@malacanang.gov.ph did not specifically mentioned the name of the undersigned. It is
unclear whether the current director being mentioned in the letter is referring to her.

I received the Office Order last August 15, 2019 in which I was designated as the Director of
ETEEAP. From that date until November 4, 2019, I stayed and worked at the VPAA office, while
the former Director, Dr. Ma. Dolores Tabanera, was still at the ETEEAP Office fixing her
thingspreparing her personal belongings for her eventual physical departure from the office. Commented [KC1]: Nagpupunta o bumibisita ako sa

In those months, I performed my duties as ETEEAP Director. I have visited the CHED to directly ang tugon nito.
inquire on know the current procedure of the ETEEAP; to reassure me of the its legal aspect and
other relevant concerns. I have likewise prepared the 2020 PPMP and Action Plan; worked /
complied with the ISO requirements (see Appendix A. ISO Corrective Action Report); attended
meetings; answered queries from phone, e-mail and from walk-in applicants and others.

It was only on November 5, 2019, almost two weeks before ISO accreditation, when that I finally Commented [KC2]: Kailangan pa po bang ilagay ito?
started working at the Office of the ETEEAP. There was no proper turnover of ETEEAP pertinent
documents [documentary records, financial records (if any) and others]. Although some of the
ETEEAP properties have been transferred by the Supply Office under my name. (see Appendix B.

In spite of this, I have tried to check on the forms/documents left available at the Office; I have man…. Wala po.. kung ano ung naiwan na documents sa

At the time I assumed the position, all financial transactions / payments were made at the TUP
Cashiers Office.

May I respectfully submit to your good Office the following ETEEAP documents for your
reference:
1. List of students enrolled from August 2019 to date; issued and certified correct by the
Office of the Registrar ( Appendix C )
2. Order of Payment (WAP Test, Panel Assessment and Proof of Enrollment) of enrolled
students and ETEEAP candidates who are still in the process of enrolling their subjects
(Appendix D)
3. ISO-indexed forms formulated/designed by the Office (Appendix E)
