SAP SD Lead Consultant: This project is the complete life cycle phase, which involve Business
Blue print phase till Go-live and also involve in After Go-live support. My role as an lead consultant is to
design the BBP documentation, which was not only approved by GTR as well as by PWC audit team. I also
conducted complete SAP power users and end users trainings and successfully design their manuals too.
This project has some toughest challenges regarding credit managements and customer master which
involve Parent & Child relationships, and in logistic execution freight calculation and it has a very different
parameters for rebate settlement as well. I have recommended mostly solutions from standard and I have a
very good command on it. Some of the major challenges are described below.

 Successfully implemented Customer Master Parent & Child relationship


 Provide an excellent solution on Credit Management for Parent & child relationships . Credit
Management has some identical requirements in terms of Days by Pass and in Terms of
Credit By Pass.
 Claim settlement is one of the most challenging task in GTR, I have implemented advance claim
settlement includes acceptance of claim, rejection and spot inspection sheet in SAP, Claim
settlement in dealer premises, Service centers, Tyre Vs Tyre, TyreVs different Tyre.
 Staff Sales was a unique sales in GTR, successfully implanted staff sales in cash or in terms of
credit as well.
 In Logistics Execution, shipment involves two kinds of freight at same time, i.e Manual &
automatic Freight.
 Rebate Settlement has some extreme complex requirements, and also it one of the most challenging
part of implementation as well.
 Sales Order Cycles involves Inquiry, quotation, Contract and sales order.
 Complete process of Sales Return & Free of Cost.
 Scrap sales has some more challenges to go. It actually involves advance sales process.
 Design complete price structure for all different parameters and segments. Create different Price
Master Reports from SAP Query.
 Have also very close coordination with MM, including Purchase order, stock Transfer Orders,
Vendor master, Material Master and account assignment .

 Creation of a new condition type (ZDCR) and assignment in a pricing procedure. On activation of
this condition when a certain volume uplift customer in specific period the other alternative (SSLF,
Withholding) pricing condition will be deactivated.
 Creation of a new Account key and assignment in pricing and definition of GL account to post
discount value at billing.
 Changes in the smart form and program so the customer can be billed correctly.
 In up gradation, my responsibilities are to check system configuration consistency in the areas of
SAP SD/MM/Logistics Execution and IS-oil and to ensure all business process are running
smoothly in the newer version and recommend changes where necessary.
