Researchers have claimed that drinking tea can reduce the chances of developing type 2
diabetes by up to 25 per cent if three or four cups are consumed a day. It is thought that
antioxidants and magnesium compounds help to keep weight down. Drinking one cup of tea a
day could also help to reduce the risk of ovarian cancer, studies have suggested. Women who
drink a single cup every day are 10 per cent less likely to develop the disease than those who
never drink tea, research last year found.
Green tea is considered to have the most health benefits of any type of tea. Studies have
found that it is a preventive for heart disease and cancer, an acne cure and even a mouthwash.
It is also thought to protect us from glaucoma and other eye diseases. The tea, full of
antioxidants, can also help you lose weight, experts claim.
However, because green tea naturally contains a small amount of caffeine, it is unsuitable for
people with caffeine sensitivity, and should not be drunk in large quantities by women who
are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Black tea is also thought to have similar negative elements. Mainly, the caffeine in it is
believed to contribute to the stiffening of arteries. However, the amount of caffeine is small
and makes tea a healthier alternative to coffee.

The campaign period for the 2019 presidential and legislative elections has officially
kicked off, as election participants signed a declaration pledging a "peaceful campaign" at the
National Monument (Monas) Park in Central Jakarta on Sunday.
Presidential and vice presidential hopefuls, political party leaders and Jakarta
Representatives Council (DPD) candidates attended the event, which was organized by the
General Elections Commission (KPU), clad in traditional attire from various parts of
Indonesia.
"We, the participants of the 2019 general elections, promise to conduct an election campaign
that is safe, orderly, peaceful, honorable and free from hoaxes, SARA [ethnic, religious,
social or racial] politicization and vote buying," said the declaration read out by the
candidates.
President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo wore Balinese clothing, while Gerindra Party
chairman PrabowoSubianto wore traditional Central Javan attire. Jokowi's running mate,
Ma'ruf Amin, on the other hand, was clad in his typical dress shirt and sarong, while
Prabowo's running mate Sandiaga Uno wore a traditional Melayu outfit.
United Development Party (PPP) chairman Romahurmurziy stole the show by
dressing up as Gatotkaca, a popular hero from the Mahabharata stories.
Party leaders from both the government camp and the opposition reiterated their commitment
to a peaceful and constructive campaign.
"A peaceful campaign is very important, because we have elections every five years.
It would not be right for us to fight every five years," National Mandate Party (PAN)
chairman ZulkifliHasan said. "This is a contest between brothers, friends and family
members."
Golkar chairman AirlanggaHartarto echoed Zulkifli's sentiment.
"The Golkar Party will always campaign positively," he said.
29.“Party leaders from both the government camp and the opposition reiterated their
commitment to a peaceful and constructive campaign” (Paragraph 4).
The process for converting vegetable oil into Biodiesel is sometimes called ester interchange.
To complete this process the vegetable oil has to be combined with a smaller amount of
methanol and then put in the presence of a small quantity of an alkaline catalyst (for example,
5% to 1% sodium hydroxide). Vegetable oil is made up of so-called triglycerides, which is a
compound of the trivalent alcohol glycerin with three fatty acids. The goal of ester
interchange is to separate the glycerin molecule from the three fatty acids and replace it with
three methanol molecules. This process then yields roughly 90% Biodiesel and 10% of a
glycerin byproduct. The glycerin byproduct can be used in a number of other chemical
processes for different industries.

Dear Grandpa,
How are you grandpa? I was really happy to see you and Grandma at my graduation
ceremony, and I hope you’re recovering from your high blood pressure soon.
Do you mind if I visit you on Saturday? I’d really like to show you my new cat. I think
you’ll adore her. Her name is Susan, and I got her last week. For your information, she’s
your favorite breed: an angora cat, just like Soho!
I’m excited to come and to see you soon. Let me know if Saturday will be OK for my
coming.
Love,
Onavia
