DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale is made and entered into by and between:

Mr. BENTA AAA, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of

123 Abc St., Manila, herein referred to as “SELLER”,

-and-

Mr. BILI ZZZ, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of 456 Xyz
St., Manila, herein referred to as “BUYER”,

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute owner of a parcel of land located at 888 Abc St.,
Manila, covered by TCT No. 888888, and more specifically described as follows:

(Technical Description of the Property)

WHEREAS, the Parties mutually agree that the BUYER shall shoulder all the expenses
for the execution and registration of this Deed of Sale;

WHEREAS, (state other stipulations and agreements).

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of ONE MILLION PESOS (Php

1,000.000.00), the SELLER hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of absolute
sale to the said BUYER the property described above, with all the improvements existing thereon.
