PROFILE

I am a 22 year-old MSc postgraduate at King’s College London, with a completed degree in “International
Management”.

To date, I have undertaken a number of relevant and varied roles in the education, creative and financial
services sectors, as detailed below. I believe that the variety of my employment history reflects my
curiosity and versatility to comfortably work in a range of job environments, each with their different
company cultures and different customer needs. I am a well-organized individual who communicates
effectively with people from all walks of life. Moreover, I enjoy working in fast paced environments and
have previously done so, where I was constantly challenged with new growth opportunities, passionate to
apply my skills and build long-lasting relationships.

Personally, I am quite self-motivated, best reflected with my dedication to fitness over the past 4 years.
Moreover, I am a person who holds himself to high standards of work and everything else I do, as I have
learned from art to pay great attention to small details that make all the difference. So I can say this
without a shadow of a doubt that an opportunity as a Customer Experience Expert is a perfect call to
action to contribute and expand my skills.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Loan Officer Assistant

(August)
Calculated and monitored client liquidity, time of payments, relative interest rates to debt instrument, and
learned just how important staff-to-client interaction is. E.g. For clients in difficult financial situations- with
2018 low income and/or inadequate value in possessions to cover the loan- it’s in the bank’s interest to offer
most lucrative debt instruments at corresponding interest rates, while at the same time, being realistic
that the clients would pay back in time, and avoid damaging their credit record.
Creative Input Assistant
(August)
Supported and managed a portfolio of marketing materials, such as billboards, brochures, a magazine,
2015 business cards etc. One of the main challenges of supervising such a project was to accurately adapt
the designs of the marketing materials to the configurations of the Adobe systems, while making minor
adjustments and staying true to the original 2D designs.
Creative Input Assistant
(August)
My passion for art was most pertinent during my time here, at Forma: Graphic Design Studio. I provided
2014 creative input into marketing materials through the designs of concept art and sketches, to eventually
learning how to transfer my art skills to the digital world of computer software, such as Adobe Illustrator.

Assessment Associate
(July)
One of my key responsibilities involved organising time-sensitive documents, such as examination
papers, where I learned the importance of effective time-management skills and organisational skills.
2011 Given that this was my first work experience, I was able to learn many lessons from more experienced
staff which helped me comfortably adapt to the company culture.
