ABSTRACT

Introduction: We often hear the word ginseng in TV commercials especially if

they’re advertising medicines but what is ginseng and what does it do to our body?

Are there any side effects? How much ginseng can I take? That’s why it’s time to dig

deep to find some answers to these questions, ginseng has traditionally been used

for a number of medical conditions, however its benefits for most of them haven’t

been seriously researched.

Objective and SOS: To inform everyone about the effects of ginseng, this will

benefit everyone, specifically to those who takes them on a regular basis without

acknowledging its side effects or to those who takes them for medical reasons, also

to know the different types of ginseng and how much ginseng can our take.

RRL: Ginseng is believed to restore and enhance wellbeing and it also has a lot of

benefits for example, it lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels, reduces stress,

boost energy and promote relaxation, although the doctor would tell you not to take

ginseng on a regular basis because of its side effects like headaches, sleeping

problems and irritability, the source below helped us understand some things we

don’t know about ginseng.
