● The Celtic Student Games is an
all-inclusive organized game
competition with the support and
sponsorship of the Highlander
Festival Committee. The event is

be prizes for winning games and a

event is to host memorable
activities as part of the Highlander
Festival and accumulate donations
to create funds for future RCPT 414
programs.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
1.  Offer engaging activities that promote Highlander Festival attendees, as well as

students, to participate in our Celtic themed competitions and activities

that may happen, we will have a tent set up to give the
participants shade, a place to stand if it may rain, and
anything else that may happen as well. We will run
with the policy in place that the Highlanders Festival
has for inclement weather.

Photograph Consent  Within the waiver is a notification of photographic


consent. This is to ensure that we hold no liability in
taking photos at the photo booth or during the games. 
EVALUATION PLAN

● Surveys will be administered to participants and staff to help evaluate


the completion of our program’s goals and objectives. A 6-question
survey will be administered to participants after their participation.
The survey will take less than 3 minutes. Also, a separate survey will
be administered to the staff at the end of the day.  There will be a QR
code available for both of our surveys to accommodate those whose
first language is not English.
INCLUSION PLAN
● Our event is open to the general public with free admission
● This program is not intended for any religious or ethnic groups
● All ages may participate in our activities
● Gender is not of concern
● Staff is willing to adapt or assist in games to suit the needs of
participants
