WAREHOUSE STATSTICS
According to Sana Logistics warehouse 22000 total inventory can be adjust as it has
12 racks with 7 floor and 5 compartments.
When warehouse contain large amount of inventory they adjust the racks according
to that which help them to secure more inventory
The warehouse contains serial number and have the bar code on it through which
they know at which point the particular inventory is located and they can hold up to
650 kg max the heaviest is always stacked
WAREHOUSE OPERATION
RECEIVING
The warehouse receives the good from the port the shipments land to renew loaded
stock. The distribution center organizer or stock assistant has a set system to check
every got shipment and that administrative work is taken care of effectively. In the
event that the distribution center staff experiences any getting issues, the issues can
be tended to rapidly so that the right shipment is accessible for clients.
ORDER PICKING
In order picking process they have the pick list and then they extract the products
from a warehouse to fulfill customer orders after that marketing team collects the
order representing the demand.
SHIPPING
At the point when a delivery truck lands at the emptying dock, the stock agent talks
with the driver concerning the shipment. The Inventory checks the records to approve
that the specific thing was requested and set for conveyance. The stock assistant signs
his name on the conveyance shipping notice as she acknowledges the shipment from
the driver.
PUT AWAY
When the cargo is received the stock assistant identifies the product whether they
receive the right order or not after that they move the cargo to its right location and
then update their WMS.

market as a whole and may also give valuable information regarding investment
made in particular industry.
Then come the stock receiving report which contains the material and inventory that
are received by the company and after that dispatch of stock is done.
After the dispatch is done then comes the stock shelf life (expiry) in which they see
the stocks expiry and then they reorder the stock of import.
When the stock is placed properly to their location they managed the daily
temperature report according the inventory.
