Captura is an event which has various teams with the first year students as participants, second year
students as team heads and the third year students as mentors. Each team would be given 5 major tasks

(10-15 photos that depict a story), product photography and your choice(We take the teams to a place,
where they'll have to capture and submit 3 best photos)

Captura is an event which mainly focuses on individual mentorship of the freshers. Each student would

The team debated against colleges like Hindu College, Delhi College of Arts & Commerce, SLS
Hyderabad etc. The motions debated upon in the Prelims round ranged from Non-Disclosure
Agreements in case of Sexual Harassment at workplace to Olympic games being hosted in one
permanent city.
The Prelims round comprised of 4 rounds of Debating and the team managed to win 2 out of 4
those four rounds which allowed the team to finish in the TOP 8 teams of the tournaments and
just short of the Pre-Semis round.

Outcomes: The Debating team again gained immense exposure and experience in terms of
Debating that certainly would improve the participant’s communication and argumentation
skills. We also learned and applied the concepts of team work, work sharing, accountability etc.
We managed to win debates against Maharaja Agrasen College and SLS, Hyderabad.
Moreover, we networked with the organizers to understand the arrangements and
preparations that go into the organization of an event of such a scale. This was also our best
performance across all Inter College Debating Competitions we participated in.
