Details of the Activity:

RED ( Rotaract Entertainment Destination ) is a district competition of

Rotaract District 3141 to showcase the talent of enthusiastic people in various
competitions like coffee painting , cooking without fire , spell bee , lippan art,
voice over theater and many more.This event was held at Sheth D.M High school
where there was different colleges participating through their rotaract clubs and
rotaract club of ruia was part of this event . I participated in the lippan art
competition and viewer in this event.

Learning Outcome & Reflective Analysis of the activity:

Participating in the lippan art competition of the rotaract district level competition
aimed at enhancing my artistic skills . This includes understanding that the techniques,
materials, and creativity involved in creating lippan art.Through the lippan art
competition, reflecting on personal artistic growth is crucial. The competition
challenged existing artistic skills and the techniques & styles were explored during this
competition and also in the given time period .As a participant and viewer,
organizational aspects of the event were better-timed and remarkable .

Learning Outcome & Reflective Analysis of the activity:
Participating in the Samanavay fest was a best experience that not only
allowed me to contribute to the success of the event but also facilitated my
personal and professional growth.One of the key takeaways was the
importance of adaptability.The exposure to various cultural events broadened
my horizons and reinforced the idea that diversity is a strength.Participating in
diverse events like Sonder and Bhidu exposed me to various cultural aspects.
Engaging with different perspectives and understanding the significance of
cultural activities widened my cultural awareness.Overall , Samanavay fest
provided me a platform for practical application of skills, fostering personal
growth and contributing to a successful event. This experience has left an ever
lasting impact & equipping me with valuable skills that are transferable to
various aspects of my life and future endeavors.

Learning Outcome & Reflective Analysis of the activity:

RISE helped me to recognize my strengths, areas for improvement and the
lessons learnt from the experience are invaluable.It evaluated my performance in
the competition and showed identified areas of improvement and how i can
enhance my carrom skills.Develop adaptability and strategic thinking during the
games. It helped me to analyze situations where I needed to adapt gameplay or
strategy and reflect on the outcomes.I have learned to manage time effectively
during the preparation and actual competition. Overall , it reflected on how the
experience contributed to my personal growth, both as an individual and as a
member of the Rotaract community.

Details of the Activity: AWAAZ - Ab sunegi duniya is Mega Project of

Rotaract Club of Ruia in which i was volunteer for the event , the rotaractors of
ruia college performed flash mobs & street play which is dedicated to giving
voice to the voiceless and shedding light on the issue that matters most.It is a
youth awareness initiative that picks a social issue considered a Taboo and Aims
at creating maximum awareness about the same and encouraging up and coming
you to raise their voice is against the issue that needs attention. It was dadar
railway station as well as on chhatrapati maharaj railway station on 12th &14th
of february 2024 and on 15th of february there was a discussion panelat
Ramnarain Ruia autonomous college.

Learning Outcome & Reflective Analysis of the activity:The AWAAZ- ab
sunegi duniya project by the Rotaract Club of Ruia College seems to be a
commendable effort in raising awareness about social issues and encouraging the
youth to address them.Participating in this project probably increased my
understanding of social issues and the impact they have on
communities.Volunteering for AWAAZ likely provided me with insights into
engaging with the community and the public.Considering the level of
engagement achieved during the events and the discussion panel. Reflect the
interactions with the audience and the community and how those interactions
contributed to the overall success of the project.Being part of Awaaz have
contributed to my personal growth, self-confidence, and a responsibility towards
societal issues.Reflect on any personal challenges i faced during the project and
how overcoming them contributed to my growth. Overall, the AWAAZ initiative
appears to be a valuable project that not only addresses social issues but also
provides a platform for personal and collective growth among the volunteers and
the community involved.

The seminar emphasized the importance of educating students about pain
management techniques, manual therapy techniques and empowering them
to participate actively in their care.Dr. Pradnya's extensive clinical
experience and evidence-based approach ensured the relevance of the
content to real-world practice scenarios, enhancing the practical
applicability of the learning.I gained insight into the physiological
mechanisms of pain perception and also learned various assessment
methods to evaluate pain, including subjective reports, visual analog scales,
and pain inventories.Overall , the seminar provided a valuable opportunity
for students to enhance their understanding in pain management.
