MBA FT ASSIGNMENT (MARKETING STRATEGIES)

 All the students can complete this assignment individually

 Assume yourself as professional Marketing Consultant and Strategist.

 First of all, you need to name your company and design a logo (JPEG) and slogan for the
same.

 You have to Identify any real-life product. And then you have to make a detail project
report for the marketing of the same for next 3 years. The report must be of minimum 2500
words. And the report must contain the following:

 About the Brand and Parent Company and existing Board Members.
 History of the Product
 Product variant and range (Product Mix) offered
 Current Market Share and major competitors’ details
 Create a BCG Matrix of the industry.
 Anticipated Challenges for the Product in next 3 years based on information
available on internet (Submit Reference for each source of information)
 Detail Marketing Strategy Plan including 4 P decisions for Next 3 years
(Separately for each year). (This part should be of minimum 800 – 1000
words)
 Tentative Promotional Campaigns / Schemes and Ads for next 3 years. (One
Print AD need to be designed and submitted in A3 size).
 Other Reference / Bibliography

PLACED AND JOINED / SELF PLACED CATEGORY STUDENTS in addition to the

above assignment need to submit a handwritten solution for last year question paper along with
Case Study on the day of exam (This will carry 8 Marks).
