    Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Santo Tomas Branch (PUP-STB), will be conducting
    a mass aerobic dance exercise at Balele Gymnasium on this coming Saturday, October 19,
    2019. The aforementioned activity will serve as compliance for our final examination in Physical
    Fitness and Self-Testing Activities (PFSTA).

    In line with this, we would like to invite you to our event starting from 8:00 A.M. and is
    expected to finish at 12:00 P.M. We will appreciate your participation in our program towards
    upholding wellness and fitness among different ages. You can come with your Zumba wear or
    other type of clothing as long as you are comfortable with it while performing the dance
    exercise. Thank you for your time and God bless!
