be given to children and adult. So, the strategy is to inform people that :

 Children can be treated effectively with two single-dose pills : one for all the common
intestinal worms and the other for schistosorniasis (bilharzia).
 The treatment is safe, even when given to uninfected people.
 The used drugs for the treatment isalbendazole or mebendazole for intestinal worm,
and praziquantel for schistosomiasis.
 Deworming once every six months is sufficient.
 People have to consult with their primary physician to know the prevalence of the
parasites, their area, the deworming interval, medicine, and dosage that should be
taken.
 Routine deworming of pets or cattle to prevent worm spreading to people
environment

To protect our body from the worm infection also we have to maintain our personal hygiene.
Personal hygiene is the first stepto good grooming and good health. Elementary cleanliness is
common knowledge. Every external part of the body demands a basic amount of attention on
a regular basis. Here are some grooming routines : hair, hands, skin, nails, teeth, feet,

The main object of a sanitation system is to protect and promote human health by providing
a clean environment and breaking the cycle of disease. So, by maintain sanitation, our
environmentwill not support the development of worm cycle. People have to do the safe
disposal of human urine and feces. In order to be sustainable, a sanitation system has to be
not only economically viable, socially acceptable, and technically and institutionally
appropriate, it should also protect the environmentand the natural resources.
