Dialogue Nurse Conversation with Patients with complaints of pain when

urinating

Patient x 30 years old, male sex. Hospitalized with complaints of

urination and fever. The patient is currently in the Lotus room. This morning

Yuni's nurse was in charge of the room.

Nurse Yuni : Good morning sir, introduce me to Nurse Yuni, this morning I

was in charge of this room, is this really true with Mr. Budi?

Patient : Good morning Sus, yeah right, I'm Budi.

Nurse Yuni : How are you today, sir? Can you get enough rest?

Patient : My condition is better than yesterday, my fever is no longer,

but the pain still feels sus- tain. I lacked sleep last night sus.

Nurse Yuni : What do you think the pain is about?

Patient : I don't know Sus, but every time I urinate it always hurts.

Patient : My pain is on a sus 3 scale
