ANNEXURE D - FACILITIES PROVIDED BY ADWEA

1.0 ADWEA shall provide such facilities and services specified herein, to the CONTRACTOR
as per ADWEA’s standards and procedures. A minimum period of one week shall be
required for the provision of such services after receipt from the CONTRACTOR of a
written request for the same.

2.0 ADWEA shall provide Letters to assist the CONTRACTOR in securing the necessary
Licences, Visas, Work Permits, Security Passes, Documentation and egress of
Personnel, Equipment and operations in Abu Dhabi in connection with this
AGREEMENT. The provision of such Letters of Assistance shall not be construed so as
to hold ADWEA liable for any delays in obtaining the said Licences, Visas, Work Permits,
Security Passes, Documentation and egress of Personnel, Equipment and operation in
Abu Dhabi, or for not obtaining the same for any reason whatsoever.
