for game of tennis in Olympics, Youth Olympics, Grand Slam, Asiad’s, Commonwealth
Games 2010 and numerous ATP, WTA and ITF tournaments across the world.

DLTA, New Delhi; Siri Fort, New Delhi; Bangalore Club, Bengaluru; Deccan Club, Pune;
ITC, Indore; Rashtriyapati Bhavan, New Delhi have rebound ace surfaces. Very recent
are Nepal Tennis Association in Kathmandu and Alexender Waske academy in
Ahmedabad which chose Rebound Ace surface.

Rebound Ace is the only surface which has anti Slip certification which means it can be
played in damp condition also and has a quick dry characteristics.

Specification for Base Work :- (leveled compacted ground to be provided)

1. Excavation till grass root

2. Provide a slope of 6” across width, ie 1” in 10’.
3. Heavy Road roller to level the ground.
4. Weedicide treatment of surface. (Pesticide if required, to be charged extra)
5. 6" WBM using 40mm aggregate Gitti & good earth. To be spread in two layers
of 3” each.
6. Allow to dry & clean with Metal brush.
7. Providing and Laying of 30 mm BM of 20-12 mm aggregate gitti, using 80/100
grade bitumen 3.5%, including providing tack coat layer @ 0.5 kg /m2.
8. Providing and Laying of 20 mm AC of 6 mm-1mm aggregate gitti, using 80/100
grade bitumen 5%, including providing tack coat layer @ 0.5 kg /m2.
9. Stone Dust Seal coat by mixing Bitumen, Sand, Chuna to remove void / precocity
of the court.
10. No depression or birdbath deeper than 1/8” should be present on the finished
surface.

11. Drain on longer side.

12. No undulation/depression on the surface.

13. Surface to be left curing for minimum 3 weeks.

Terms and conditions:
1. Payment to be made without any deductions.
2. The offer is valid for 45 days and subjected to confirmation later, except
mentioned otherwise above.
3. Prices for synthetic and accessories are ex- Gurgaon and transportation is
excluded. All necessary government documents relating to transportation of
material to site to be provided in time.
4. We provide 3 years top coat fading warranty.
5. A new synthetic court will display squeegee/ Broom mark and small ridges due
to accumulation of Silica sand which is premixed to determine ball speed. They
gradually fade/blend into the background and are not considered defects.
6. You to provide and bear the cost of electricity, its connection, water supply, at
site.
7. Extra material is send to site to cover contingencies. All excess materials and
empty drums will be our property. Hospitality of applicator team to be provided.
8. Permission for labor to stay in the premise during base work.
9. Payment terms. 40% along with order confirmation, 30% on completion of
Asphalt, 20% on delivery of synthetic material and balance on completion.
10. Completion: TBD.
