1. There should be a conveyner to arrange meetings. Responsible for A to Z arrangement of a

4. 3 aspects of IYF preaching
a) Temple Campus (from neighboring colleges to temple)
b) Outreach to distant colleges (for eg: IIT, AEC, Gauhati University, etc)
c) BACE ( a community for students)
5. Criteria for IYF core team
a) Has attended 75% of classes and meetings
b) Following 4 regulative principles and chanting 16 rounds for last 1 year
c) Sadhana chart reporting to counselor weekly through hard copy Sadhana chart, email,
whatsapp or online form.
d) Positive attitude.
e) Minimum books read -> PQPA, SSR, NOI and BG(atleast once)
f) Respectful dealings with peer members i.e cooperating mentality.
