Objectives

With the construction of the New Warehouse, the Metro ________ Water District (????) will be
able to:

 Store up the goods and materials owned by the district that require protection from the
elements at one central place;

 Accommodate all waterworks materials with a bigger storeroom;

 Convenient and comfort to office employees, who will occupy their office.

Expected Output

 Accessibility of materials for the project needs of the operating personnel;

 Availability of workspace for store keeper and office function;

 Efficient receiving and shipping of goods/materials in handling operation.

III. Brief Description of the Project

Construction of New Warehouse is one endeavor the _________ identified as a need for its
function efficiently. This project is located at 41.80 m distant from the left-rear end of the
Administrative Building ____________ and to be erected at the lot number ____________. This is
a one storey project where the building foot print has an area of 240.00 sq. m., and planned for the
storage area of office goods and various materials for water supply projects. The entrance of this
project is two, the left and the right wings, located at the front side (please see attached plan). It
has 1-unit comfort room for the office employees and another 1-unit common comfort room.

IV. Budgetary Requirement
The amount of =P= 3,280,000.00 is needed for the construction. Rough estimate is to multiply
=P=13,666.67 per square meter to the building footprint area of the project. Where available funds
for the project is =P= 2,592,000.00 and thus a supplemental budget is required amounting of
=P=688,000.00.
