causing accident. The way to prevent is to maximize the internal and
external airflow. For example, put a lot of exhaust fan inside the factory.

Apart from that, mechanical failure also will cause a lot of problems.
Thus, we need to do maintenance by weekly. Besides, the flammable
substance should be restricted to put inside the factory. This is because
this will happen explosion or fire accident easily. Hence, the worker
handbook should prohibit the workers smoking inside the factory or put
the cigarette butt in the factory. Furthermore, most of the worker isn’t
have the technical knowledge. Therefore, the company should give the
training to all the workers. So that, the worker has the knowledge to
safely use the machines.

Nowadays, the short-circuit also the origin of the explosion. So the

technician should put the suitable fuse in the circuit. The purpose of the
fuse is to protect the circuit from the effect of over-current. Moreover,
dust explosion is the fine particles which rapid combustion in the air and
the enclosed place. Therefore, OSHA recommended the factory to use the
proper dust collection systems and do daily cleaning after work.
Furthermore, the slippery floor should take the high concern because this
is the widespread hazard that happens in the bakery plant. Hence, the
floor tile in the factory must use the non-slippery tile. In addition, the
leakage of the gas inside the oven. Thus, the factory should install the gas
leakage detector and sensor so that the worker can know it in time.

The company should study out the emergency plan to the workers so
