Objectives of the consulting arrangement with Mr Vikas Ghai

1. 90% jump in product quality
2. >30% increase in throughput /productivity of the bending machines
3. Identify and install additional specific machines/tools/aids, jigs and fixtures, and workstations ,
which ,in our sheet metal manufacturing , welding , joining and fastening methods, and assembly, can
help reduce significant time.
4. Design review for manufacture , keeping in mind enhanced :
a. Aesthetics , quality , finish
b. Value engineering
c. Simplified manufacturing , both process and time
5. Cultural change in :
a. Design and manufacturing interface and continuous communication
b. Maintenance
c. Calibration of machines
d. Management of tools
e. Continuous upgrade of knowledge and implementation of “best practices” related to sheet
metal manufacturing
6. Innovative manufacture ,if possible for “no through metal “panels

giving shape to each objective

We should plan to accomplish all of above , in a calibrated manner, within the next 4 to 5 months i.e
