Thank you for the opportunity to send a proposal for training in your travel
company for English. As agreed by you that English has an important role in
the modern era where most people like traveling as a way for families to
gather with their families. Therefore the modern era, especially in the field of
tourism. However, because you also know it without mastering English one
of the communication tools, it is difficult for businesses in the field to
achieve national and international standard.

BIMBO.ID has been established as an English language course for nearly two
years. However, BIMBO.ID has highly qualified English instructors who
graduated from the best universities in Indonesia. Our expertise is to provide
English language courses to facilitate someone who works in the tourism
sector. Therefore BIMBO.ID is des igned to meet the specific needs of those
working in the field of tourism, which are designed to get quality results in
increasing the attractiveness of a tourist.

The estimated cost provided in this proposal is valid for the first year. We
saw move forward to work with your travel company to quickly help staff to
support their performance in giving interest to foreign tourists and besides

This institution named BIMBO.ID is an offline company form that focuses not
only on teaching English but also on the level of English language skills to
create quality human resources in English, this company has only been
established for about 2 years. The name bimbo.id is derived from the
thought of online guidance which then briefly becomes bimbo.id why is it
called bimbo.id even though the applied performance is not online, it is true
that the offered performance is not online but the teaching system or
material that has been conveyed can be accessed on the website anywhere
and anytime. BIMBO.ID focuses on the fields of teaching, understanding,
and development of English here BIMBO.ID provides services such as easy
to access material that has been studied because there is a website, a
flexible time where customers determine the time they can do to study and
can determine the place to study.

OBJECTIVES AND RATIONALE

Objectivies :
The Bimbo.id training institute is a training that is proposed to train the
English of the workers (employees) at the Panorama destination where
customers can choose the time according to their wishes and have a website
that can be accessed anytime that provides much material. This makes it
easier for workers who have irregular work time, here bimbo.id provided to
help Panorama Destination workers who must have good English skills to
improve performance as a travel agent that has many prospective tourists
from foreign countries. We are a training institution that has only agreed to
2 years in which we request and develop English language skills. Even
though our training institute is new but we provide quality English instructors
graduating from well-known and top-notch English language universities.
Not only are quality universities but the instructors we choose also have the
best expertise in English.

Rationale:
Nowadays a lot of foreign tourists who travel to the areas visited are
destined to beautiful natural attractions. One of the services that are usually
in search of tourists and trips to the area are travel agents.
Travel agents become the first choice that is often sought by tourists so
travel agents must have a workforce that has a good language order used by
tourists using English the need for workers to have good quality, so that our
agent is good for developing and speaking languages. English because of the
need for good English in travel agents so that more communication is
established between customers and workers.

To achieve the goal Bimbo.id provides quality human resources in the field of
English. Bimbo.id provides several programs that can improve English skills:

For tour guides / tour leaders:

1. Programs such as discussions where students are taught to speak or

argue in English in accordance with their requests do not need to be about
the material being taught but can also be about daily activities.

2. A speaking program where this program provides an explanation of the

pronunciation or English words that are usually more the same pronunciation
makes the listener misinterpret.

3. Writing programs where students are taught to make papers which are
very helpful for us in English compilation of listeners having difficulty
listening to our pronunciations that are too fast or according to noisy needs
etc.

4. A reading program where students must read according to their level of

ability, so they can add vocabulary.

Program Admission

For mutual convenience, we have included program requirements

1. Some programs are offered to your organization. Then, your organization

chooses the desired program, you can choose whatever program you want.

2. Your company is recommended to send e-mail requests about the desired

program, ask about what programs you want to see, the type of class you
want, the number of meetings you want in one week.

3. Bimbo.id will send a reply email requesting a meeting that has been
determined by your company about the program you have chosen.

4. Registration fee agreed after meeting and policy approval from Bimbo.id

5. The first meeting starts. One meeting after entering into an agreement.

6. All payments can be paid via online unless the registration fee must be
offline or direct because an agreement will be held.

7. All scheduling must be informed to the Bimbo.id Administration staff

expecting 90 minutes before the class will be held, including confirmation of
where place to do the class.
