MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENT

I. Accomplishment

 Used ICT in teaching lessons.

 Applied Developmentally Appropriate and Interactive activities such as
games, puzzles, board games and hands on activities in transition program.
 Applied Differentiated Activities based on the learners needs, strength,
interest and experiences.
 Prepared modified and contextualized lesson plan.
 Conducted Quarterly Assessment per domain in every learner.
 Communicated of learner needs, progress and achievement to the
stakeholders through parents’ day.
 Engaged parents in the educative process such as remedial reading.
 Attended School-Based Learning Action Cell.
II. Problems Met
Some of my learners still showed difficulty on reading.
Some of my learners failed to bring their art materials for their art activities.

III. How did you address the problems?

I conducted remedial reading.
I let my learners to share their materials to others don’t have.

IV. Percentage of Accomplishment

100% accomplished.
