1. Topic: Means of Transport

2. Justification

The means of transport has been chosen because it considers that they are
very important for the use of the society in which boys and girls are daily,
and we can also say that they are fundamental for mobility in the context
of boys and girls.

3. Students profiles and educational place description

The children are between 4 and 5 years old, they are in the garden grade,
they are not bilingual, the educational center is the kindergarten, universe
of knowledge, it is located in the Torre Molinos neighborhood, stratum 3,
there are educational resources such as electronic media books. To carry
out the educational activities, the classroom consists of a television, with a
closet to store children's things, and 21 boys and girls live in the classroom.
4. Objectives

To generate recognition on the part of the boys and girls of the importance
of the different means of transport for the development of the activities
that they carry out daily and the functioning of the community, through
dynamic activities.

5. Methodology

In this didactic unit different dynamic activities will be developed where


the children will be able to carry out role play through the play activities,
where they will be able to use different objects that allow the knowledge
of the subject of the means of transport, apart from acquiring new
vocabulary in English, Likewise, flash cards allow us to know and identify
each of these new concepts and from there tell a story.

 Skills to develop:
Pronunciation, Reading, Writing, memorize to the words, recognize to the
images.

 Activities meaningful and coherent with the objectives.


The activities will be eye-catching for the children, where they will be able
to obtain the knowledge of the topic that is covered in the unit,
motivational activities will be carried out where the boys and girls feel
comfortable, are themselves and that they obtain the knowledge in an
effective way, There will be a room where the boys and girls are
comfortable and can be calm when doing the proposed activities.

Practice:
After this, a page on the means of transport will be presented, where the
children will have to identify each one of the means of transport in order
to know the importance of it. After this, the children will play with
puzzles of the means of transport.
Likewise, they will be given some flash cards of these and they must
repeat to obtain vocabulary.
Production:
Several flash cars will be arranged around the room and the children will
choose the one indicated by the teacher after this they must say their
name in English.

Objectives: know and identify the means of transport through the story

Pre-reading activity:
puppets will be shown on the means of transport so that the children will
recognize them again, there will be a welcome greeting, which is already
in class with the song , children could interact with each of the puppets

While-reading activity:
While reading the story, the teacher will ask very short questions or ask
what they think will happen after each of the scenes.
Post-reading activity:
After reading the story, the children will have printed the scenes from
the story and groups of drinkers organize each step of the story.
