On January 11 we placed order for sample of imprinted promotional products for our
company. These included three kinds of jumbo tote bags and a square-ended barrel bag
with fanny pack, as well as a deluxe canvas attaché case and two colors of garment-dyed
sweatshirts Those samples were supposed to be free as per promos policy. According to
your company policy, those sample would only be charged if we kept them. We had
provided you with our company debit card for the assurance. We had returned all the
samples on January 21 through post. We also kept the postal receipt for our record and its
attached with the letter.
We were charged $239.58 by your company as shown by our company bank statement of
February. Immediately we communicate this issue to your company complaint cell. They
assure us to take relevant action. We were promised to be refunded by the end of march.
But our bank statements were completely opposite, and we were not refunded even in the
month of April after communicating twice.
