Health is the most important thing for our body to be one of the big capital for us to
be able to carry out activities to the maximum. If our health is unstable, we will be weak and
our activities will not be optimal. Most of us forget to think about lazy health to eat and
exercise as a result of the disease will attack the body and we will be susceptible to disease.

Food is one of the main factors in healthy living. You can replace your food by eating
foods that are full of nutrients such as low sugar, rich in fiber, and lots of vitamins.

fatty foods and foods that contain preservatives because they can be harmful to the body.

Sport is an important activity to do. Whatever your age, try to remain physically

can also use your hobby as a fun sport, such as aerobics, zumba, futsal, basketball, cycling,

need 7-9 hours of sleep a night. People who do not have enough sleep have the potential
for deadly diseases, such as cancer and heart disease. Less sleep is also equivalent to
consuming poison or undergoing a poor diet. Therefore, no matter how busy you are, try to
always get enough rest and sleep. However, excessive sleep is also not good and certainly
harmful, sleeping more than eight hours consistently can reduce a person's concentration
level.
